Returns and Refund Policy


 Cancellation


 You may cancel your order any time before shipment and receive a full refund.


 Returns Information

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the purchase in full (excluding carriage) provided that the item is returned within 30 days, unused and in resalable condition. Returned items must be returned suitably packaged to prevent damage/loss and be sent recorded delivery.

Goods ordered incorrectly

If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, you will pay the return postage costs.

If you would like us to replace the goods then we will charge carriage on the replacement.

If you do not want a replacement then we will issue a full refund, excluding postage.


 Faulty Goods

If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, you may choose to have a full refund including return postage costs or a replacement. Please always check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund basic postage charges.

Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date from faults and defects.

If you believe that an item is faulty please contact us first as often an issue can be resolved over the phone or email by simple fault finding.


 We may ask you to return the item, in which case we refund your postage.

Where ever possible we will replace the item, if a replacement is not available then we discuss with you a suitable alternative or refund.
